Elf Hours
Christmas is coming—and the workshop is under pressure.
In Elf Hours, you play Santa Claus, not as a hero, but as a manager. Your job is to balance joy, efficiency, and a very limited supply of elf labor in the final days before Christmas. Push too hard and the elves will strike. Go too soft and the gifts won’t ship. Either way, the clock is ticking.
Special thanks to blazin2180, who created the fantastic title screen artwork and helped push this project across the finish line. This game would not have come together without his support and encouragement during the final stretch.
🎄 About the Game
Elf Hours is a short, narrative-driven management RPG designed around meaningful choices and clear consequences.
